Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or any of Studio Naya's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on our website.

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book classes independently. Minors may attend only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Health & Medical Responsibility

By attending any Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Stretch, Wellness, or Movement class, you confirm that:

• You are physically capable of participating.
• You have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other health concerns before class.
• You understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Muscle soreness
• Falls
• Strains or sprains
• Equipment-related injuries
• Aggravation of existing conditions

Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Naya, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, property damage, or loss arising from participation in classes or use of studio facilities.

Booking Policy

Classes are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after:

• Payment has been received (where applicable)
• Booking has been successfully confirmed through our booking system

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Private, Duo, Squad, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Barre classes require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Loss of the session
• Applicable cancellation fees
• Deduction from your class package

Late Arrival

• Clients arriving late may not be admitted.
• Sessions will end at their scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
• Missed time cannot be extended or refunded.

Memberships & Class Packages

Unless otherwise stated:

• Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.
• Packages are non-refundable.
• Packages may not be shared.
• Expiration dates will be strictly enforced.
• Memberships cannot be paused or frozen unless required by applicable law or approved by Studio Naya under exceptional circumstances.

Studio Etiquette

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time.
• Wear appropriate workout attire.
• Use grip socks where required.
• Treat instructors, staff, equipment, and fellow clients respectfully.
• Follow instructor directions at all times.

Personal Belongings

Studio Naya is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten personal belongings brought into the studio.

Photography & Marketing

From time to time, Studio Naya may photograph or record classes for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify our staff before class.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, colors, sizing, and images are accurate. Actual colors may vary due to differences in screen displays.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

Studio Naya reserves the right to:

• Refuse any order
• Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions
• Limit quantities purchased

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Studio Naya shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are generally final. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the incorrect item was delivered, the product arrived damaged, or the product has a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the order together with proof of purchase and supporting photographs. Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Gift Cards

Gift cards, store credits, and promotional vouchers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Are non-refundable.
• May have expiration dates and additional terms indicated at issuance.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, images, videos, class content, text, graphics, and designs, remain the exclusive property of Studio Naya unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Website Availability

We strive to keep our website operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Studio Naya may suspend, modify, or discontinue portions of the website without prior notice.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws.

Force Majeure

Studio Naya shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or technical failures.

Amendments

Studio Naya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
